I initially tried doing this without the help of Capsules, became completely overwhelmed and needed a lie down and a stiff drink. It costs USD$15 for three months, which is probably all the time you'll need to declutter your wardrobe, and provides ethical fashion suggestions for staple items you may not already own. Its also really flexible - you can create capsules for different seasons and activities, so you can ease into it before going full-Marie Kondo.

SEE the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera exhibition at the NSW Art Gallery. I could go on about my love for Frida and all her art represents for days, but in her own words, "They thought I was a Surrealist, but I wasn't. I never painted dreams. I painted my own reality". The 33 artworks include self-portrait paintings and drawings by Frida Kahlo, and Diego Rivera’s canvas paintings. The exhibition is on until 9 October and timed entry tickets are available online at www.artgallery.nsw.gov.au.
