Faulty or damaged products
While we aim to make sure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive a faulty or damaged item you are entitled to an exchange or full refund, and we’ll reimburse you for the cost of shipping it back to us if you include the postage receipt.
Please send your faulty or damaged item to renegades of chic, PO Box 74, Dee Why NSW 2099 within 14 days of purchase. As couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes please make sure you purchase an Australia Post postage satchel.
Change of mind
We get it - what seemed like a great idea after three glasses of wine on a Wednesday night doesn’t always turn out as planned. Or maybe the person you bought it for doesn’t share your amazing sense of taste and style!
If you receive your purchase and aren’t 100% happy with it you are eligible for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs). All we ask is that you return the item unused, in original condition with tags within 14 days of purchase, and pay the return shipping costs. And if you choose to exchange it for something else instead of a refund, we’ll credit you 110% of the purchase price.
